How do I update my cellphone number?

Easy peasy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to https://app.kmk360.com/.
  2. Click on Edit My Profile.
  3. Under Profile, click on Switch to Edit.
  4. Update your Mobile Phone number.
  5. Hit Save, and you’re good to go!


How do I verify my phone number?

Let’s get that number verified in a snap:

  1. Head to the Security section.
  2. Select OTP and choose Send via SMS.
  3. Click Send Verification Code.
  4. Enter the code you receive via SMS.
  5. Click Save Changes—and that’s it! You’re all set! 🎉

 

 My course has expired, and I need to retake my exam. What should I do?

No worries! We’ve got you covered.

Once your course expires, the tab that typically says “Launch” will change to “Request an Extension.” Simply click on that tab, follow the prompts, and be sure to include the requested page of your score report. We’ll take care of everything from there!

 

Why am I being asked to pay for access?


Max Protection coverage has been available since 2022 and is tied to your graduation year. If you have already graduated, a reentry fee is required to reinstate your access, as outlined in our MaxPro Terms.

Max Protection is designed to support students through their board preparation by allowing them to extend their membership at no additional cost if they are unsuccessful on the boards, with unlimited retake attempts until graduation.

If you have already graduated, an extension fee will apply. The cost varies depending on your current plan, and we may offer discounts or upgrade options based on your past purchases with KMK.

To proceed, you can conveniently request an extension directly from your account, which will reactivate access through your next exam period. Please note that all courses expire after their corresponding exam date.

I didn’t pass my exam. What should I do now?

 

 

We understand how disappointing this must be, and while it’s not the outcome you hoped for, it’s important to remember that you are certainly not alone. What’s next?

The first step is to head over to your KMK account and log in. Once you’re logged in, look for the “Request an Extension” tab. Click on it and follow the prompts to submit your request for an extension. We may ask you to provide some details, including your exam scores if you’ve taken the exam before. Please know that your scores are used solely within our system to validate the need for an extension, and we do not share or use them in any other way.

Extension Not Processed – I Requested an Extension but It Has Not Been Processed

 

I requested an extension, but it hasn’t been processed. What should I do?

If your extension isn’t processing, there are a few things to check:

  1. Your course hasn’t expired, or the request wasn’t made through the correct platform.
    Extensions can only be requested after your course has expired. Once it expires, the “Launch” button on your course will change to “Request an Extension.” Use this tab to submit your request by following the prompts. Requests made via email or social media cannot be processed.
  2. A reactivation fee is required.
    If you’ve already graduated, a reactivation fee is needed to reactivate your access. Your extension can only be processed after the fee is paid.
