Extension Not Processed – I Requested an Extension but It Has Not Been Processed
I requested an extension, but it hasn’t been processed. What should I do?

If your extension isn’t processing, there are a few things to check:
- Your course hasn’t expired, or the request wasn’t made through the correct platform.
Extensions can only be requested after your course has expired. Once it expires, the “Launch” button on your course will change to “Request an Extension.” Use this tab to submit your request by following the prompts. Requests made via email or social media cannot be processed. - A reactivation fee is required.
If you’ve already graduated, a reactivation fee is needed to reactivate your access. Your extension can only be processed after the fee is paid.
